Everything you want to know before your first class at Reset.
Just your water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. We provide the mat, the equipment and the sweat towels 🤍 If you want grip socks, we recommend them and sell them at reception.
Ten minutes early. That way we can show you around the studio, set up your equipment and you start without rushing.
We're on Av. 2B, Trejos Montealegre, Escazú, with parking available. In the app, "Directions" opens the route in your favorite navigation app.
No. The studio has everything: reformers, mats, weights, props and sweat towels. Just bring your water and your workout clothes.
Yes, we have a trial class designed for your first visit: you book and pay for it right here on the site or from the app. If you later buy a pack or membership, the enrollment fee is only charged once.
You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, we'll let you know and you'll have 30 minutes to confirm it.
It's your usual time slot, booked automatically. You pick your class (for example, Tuesdays at 6 p.m.) and every week we book it for you as soon as the spot opens, using your credit.
Up to four. Just make sure your plan covers them: the app warns you if your recurring classes need more credits than your plan gives per month.
Of course. You cancel that class like any other and your recurring slot stays active for the following weeks.
It depends on your plan: memberships see 30 days ahead, packs 21 and single classes 14. Days beyond your horizon show a lock.
That class credit is lost. If you want, you can recover it by paying a $5 fee from the Store. It is optional: if you skip it, you owe nothing.
Yes, every pack and membership covers all 5 disciplines: Reformer, Mat, Sculpt, Yoga and Barre.
We recommend them for hygiene and grip, but they are not mandatory. We sell them at the studio.
It's pilates on a machine with springs that supports your movement. You work strength, posture and control with low impact on your joints. It's our most requested class and works just as well whether you're starting out or already train.
Mat is pilates on a mat using your own body weight and small props; Reformer uses the spring machine. Mat tends to feel more core and control focused; Reformer allows more variety and assistance. The two complement each other beautifully.
A toning class with light weights and high repetitions, with music setting the pace. It raises your heart rate more than classic pilates. If you want to feel the muscle working, this is the one.
The room is warmed with infrared heat panels so your body warms up faster and your muscles loosen sooner. Bring your water and arrive hydrated. If it is your first hot class, take it easy and rest whenever you need.
It is one of the most demanding classes at the studio. You work at the barre with small, precise movements, and the repetitions push legs, glutes and core to their limit. No experience needed: your instructor guides you the whole way.
Whichever you like: every discipline works for a first class. Pick by the intensity you're after: gentle, Reformer; medium, Mat; high, Sculpt, Yoga Sculpt or Barre. In your profile we also give you a recommendation based on your goals.
Yes. All our classes adapt: your instructor gives you gentler or more intense options depending on how you feel that day. Just tell her you're starting out when you arrive.
Classes are bilingual: all our instructors speak English and adapt their cues to the group. Join in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
Infrared panels warm your body directly, like gentle sun on your skin, without overheating the air. The room feels cozy and pleasant, not stifling.
You warm up faster, sweat more than usual and feel your muscles looser from the start. You set the intensity: slow down or pause whenever you need.
Your body warms up in less time, the muscle work feels deeper and you sweat more. Many clients leave feeling loose and rested. Every body experiences it differently.
Arrive hydrated and in light clothing, bring your water bottle and go at your own pace. We provide the sweat towels. If you feel dizzy, take a break and tell your instructor.
If you are pregnant, have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition or heat sensitivity, talk to your doctor first. If in doubt, ask us and we will adapt the class with you.
Yes: 7 days per quarter (every 3 months), and you can split them however you like. You do it from your profile and your billing date moves by those days.
GLOW and PRO memberships include one free guest per month. You add her when you book your class 🤍
We notify you right away and your bookings pause until payment is confirmed. Once it goes through, everything resumes automatically.
GLOW includes 1 and PRO 2 recoveries per month: if you cancel late, you can use one and keep your credit.
Send the exact amount to our number, upload the receipt in the app, and we'll confirm it. Your credits activate as soon as we verify the payment.
They do not roll over. Membership credits renew with each monthly charge and the previous month's expire; pack credits last until their expiration date and then expire too. Recoveries are for something else: they let you recover a class you missed or cancelled outside the window, not save credits for the next month.
It is a one-time $20 fee on your first pack or membership purchase. Private, single and trial classes do not pay it.
Card online right here on the site and in the app, SINPE with a receipt from the app, and at the front desk: card, SINPE or cash.
With a membership, up to 4 hours before class. With packs, single and family classes, up to 8 hours before. Within that window your credit returns in full; if you cancel later, the credit is lost and a $5 fee applies.
Packs are personal. If you want to train together, we have family packs priced per person, or you can bring your guest if you have a membership.
Yes. Packs are valid for 60 days and single classes for 30. Membership credits renew every month with your billing.
After the first few minutes we can't let anyone in, for safety and to avoid interruptions. Arrive 10 minutes early and skip the rush.
Yes, you can reschedule from the app as long as you're within your cancellation window and there's room in the other class.
Tell us as soon as you can. We adapt the exercises and, if you need a break, we can freeze your membership. Always get your doctor's approval first.
The studio has one bathroom where you can change and freshen up before or after class. It is easiest to arrive already dressed for your workout.
Yes, our bar has drinks and snacks. It's also where you redeem the rewards you earn with the app's challenges.
You can film yourself as long as you don't interrupt others. We respect those who prefer not to appear: if that's your preference, mark it in your profile and the team keeps it in mind.
Yes: on Home, tap the pencil on your goal and pick 1 to 7 classes, or switch back to the automatic goal anytime.
