How it works

How do I get my classes after paying?

Your classes are saved as credits under your name, linked to your email. You book whatever time works for you from the Reset app, or just message us on WhatsApp.

What’s the enrollment fee?

A one-time $20 payment the first time you buy a pack or membership. With memberships it includes your welcome tote bag. You only ever pay it once.

Card or SINPE?

With card, confirmation is instant (secure payment via Tilopay). With SINPE Móvil, Costa Rica’s local mobile transfer, you upload your receipt and our front desk confirms it within minutes during studio hours.

Do memberships have a minimum commitment?

Yes, the minimum is 3 months. After that you can cancel anytime. You can also freeze it for a few days every 3 months, depending on your plan.

How do I get into the app after buying?

Your email and password create your Reset account when you buy (or you use the one you already have). Those same details get you into the app to see your credits and book. The trial class is different: you book it with just your email, no account needed.
