Every corner is here to help you let the day go: arrive early, stay after.
Our signature room: a wooden ceiling, white arches with every prop in sight and a row of reformers facing floor-to-ceiling windows onto the garden. Natural light all morning. This is where Reformer Pilates and private classes happen.
Our newest room: a fiber-optic starry sky above your mat, a backlit moon-phase mural and peach curtains. During Hot classes, the infrared panels and ambient light completely transform the room. Mat, Barre, Yoga and every Hot class live here.
House matchas (vanilla, lavender-ube, mango), coffee, coconut water with cold foam, smoothies, green juice, clear protein and protein bars, under a wooden ceiling with a warmly lit arch. It's where class turns into a plan: half of our clients stay a while longer.
