Yes. Half of our clients started from zero. In small groups, the instructor adapts every exercise to your level from the first minute.
No. The trial class is a one-time $20 payment, no strings attached. If you fall in love (it happens a lot), you can choose a pack or a membership afterwards. You decide.
Comfortable clothes. Grip socks are optional but recommended (we sell them at the studio if you need a pair). We hand you a towel every class, and the mat, equipment, water and a warm welcome are on us.
Tell us before you book. Our instructors adapt the exercises and will tell you honestly which class suits you best.
